How might we reinvent healthcare for a new world?
Healthcare is changing fast. From a global pandemic causing a surge in tele-health to the gradual disruption of digital marketplaces on our antiquated systems, it’s easy to say that we are in the midst of a significant transformation, for the better!
While at Google I have been collaborating with a collection of teams to build user-centered tools to help users and health care workers every day.
During this time I have helped add healthcare to the Google Spot India marketplace used by over 1 Billion people, create a tele-health portal for Google Cloud and increase usership by over 3,200%, and helped imagine the the Google Health App.
Google Health App
Staying healthy and track of our families health can be a difficult task, so Google has been working tirelessly to simplify and consolidate the worlds health infrastructure so that it is is accessible for you in one place. This product demo represents the future state of the Google Health app currently in production. More coming soon.
Google Spot India
Healthcare in emerging markets is a challenging web of disparate and disconnected entities that makes it difficult for users to find services to improve their health. To solve this problem, Google health partnered with the Google gPay Spot platform(1B+ users) to add hundreds of thousands of medical providers for users to easily seek and find the healthcare they need.
Google Health Omega
Covid-19 put a huge strain on the worlds healthcare systems and completely changed how our doctors see patients overnight. The number of telemedicine visits rose by over 3200% forcing providers to quickly scramble to find new ways to help their patients. To help solve this, Google health worked with Google cloud to quickly build a new Telehealth platform tailored for the needs of the doctors that are using them.
